Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all services provided by HEAT Agency through https://heatagency.nl. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

HEAT Agency provides digital services including web design, development, branding and strategy. Services are delivered according to the agreed proposal.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Project Scope & Revisions

The scope of work is defined in the proposal. Projects include a limited number of revision rounds. Additional changes may incur extra costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing required content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays may impact delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains the property of HEAT Agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

HEAT Agency is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss resulting from the use of our services or delivered products.

8. Maintenance & Support

Ongoing maintenance and support are provided only under a separate agreement or subscription.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
